Today, their Sierre drugstore run by the third generation can celebrate its ninetieth anniversary with pomp.
Initially opened opposite the Sainte-Catherine church, the Droguerie Sierroise moved to its current location on rue du Bourg 4 in 1930.
One of Adrien's sons, André, followed in his father's footsteps. In 1957 he took up the torch. Jérôme did the same in 1978, after obtaining a diploma from the Swiss drug school in Neuchâtel.
This large family has also always deployed its energy with the aim of defending the profession: Adrien was one of the founding members of the Valais Association of Druggists which he directed from 1942 to 1945; his son André chaired it from 1952 to 1959; and Jerome succeeded them.
